WHY THIS WORKSHOP:

The mind is an amazing thing. Your thoughts have physical manifestations in your body. When you face unclear fertility issues like high FSH and amenorrhea, it adds yet another layer of weight and worry to your mind.

If you feel or suspect that unhelpful thoughts, weighty emotions, current stressors, or troublesome long-past memories are affecting your headspace, this workshop is designed specifically to help you find mental freedom. In this session, we will use practical exercises to help the heavy stuff feel a whole light lighter.

We will use creative strategies to do some deep work in a gentle and unique way guided by your pace. By the end, you will feel more free and have clarity. You can use these exercises going forward anytime new worries or fears arise too.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

This workshop is not your average chatting or journaling session. While there is talking and writing, we’ll be using clever ways that make this process more FUN. These exercises are designed to help you get a Birds Eye view of the thoughts in your head. Using paper CARDS, we’ll make this process hands-on and visual to get everything out of your mind where you can see exactly what’s going on inside.

We’ll be using paper which we cut into smaller pieces to make it visual.

Includes a printable download for the exercises, so a printer is handy but not necessary. You can get the same value just using several pieces of paper and scissors. The pdf is printer-friendly and won’t use much ink.

HOW IT WORKS:

While working through my own headspace, I came up with exercises to help me. I’m very visual, and I love hand-on stuff. Journaling felt kind of dull and boring and I never knew exactly what to write because all I had were scraps of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I wasn’t sure why I felt stuck or where to begin. So I came up with exercises to help me. Some of these methods just popped into my head, and others I strategized and brainstormed to create. They created a bit of structure, and the framework gave me a starting point. But the best part was, they allowed me to visually see everything so I could know what I was dealing with and could make connections. Once I saw it all, it gave me power over those annoying thoughts to reclaim my mind. The unexpected part was that I didn’t have to try to figure out what was holding me back—it all came out on the paper and I was able to see it clearly. It surprised me when I easily get everything out of your mind without much effort. Starting with facts helps the INCOGNETO/HIDDEN things also flow out.
